1. Scope and operator
This policy explains how personal data submitted through kmdigital.pro is processed and protected. The operator is Individual Entrepreneur Kirill Yuryevich Zhandarov (ИП Жандаров Кирилл Юрьевич), taxpayer number 561801881114, ОГРНИП 326565800016203, correspondence address: [адрес для официальной корреспонденции]. It applies to information submitted through the site's forms and the limited technical data required to operate and protect the site.
2. Data we process
- the contact provided by the visitor, such as a phone number, messenger username or email address;
- the selected advertising platform, budget stage and project description;
- the landing-page path, referral source and UTM campaign parameters;
- the date, time, form source, interface language and consent version;
- technical information required to process and secure the request.
We do not ask for special-category or biometric personal data.
3. Purposes
- responding to an enquiry and discussing possible work;
- preparing a campaign audit or advertising proposal;
- understanding where enquiries come from and evaluating campaign performance;
- protecting forms from automated submissions and maintaining site security;
- meeting applicable requirements of Russian law.
4. Legal basis
Form data is processed on the basis of the visitor's separate consent. Technical data is processed only to the extent required to operate and protect the site, taking account of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data.
5. Processing operations
The operator may collect, record, organise, accumulate, store, update, retrieve, use, restrict and delete personal data. Processing may be automated or, when required, performed without automated systems.
6. Storage and localisation
Enquiries are first recorded and stored in a serverless YDB database hosted by Yandex Cloud in the Russian Federation. The intended retention period is 12 месяцев с даты получения заявки либо до отзыва согласия, если иной срок хранения не требуется по закону. When the purpose is fulfilled or a valid deletion request is received, data is deleted or anonymised within the period required by law.
7. Infrastructure providers
Yandex Cloud hosts the application and database. Yandex Cloud Postbox sends a technical notification when a new enquiry arrives; the message contains only the enquiry number and system information, not the visitor's contact or project description. Yandex Metrica is used for visitor analytics only after the visitor accepts analytics.
8. Sharing
Personal data is not published or sold. It may be processed by Russian infrastructure providers where required to operate the site, perform an agreement or comply with law. When a processor is engaged, the operator defines the permitted data, purpose and security requirements.
9. Your rights
You may ask what data is processed, request correction, restriction or deletion, or withdraw consent. Send the request to kirilll.zhandarov@yandex.ru and include enough information to identify the relevant enquiry.
10. Security
The operator uses access controls, encrypted connections, password protection for the enquiry dashboard, backups and other organisational and technical safeguards appropriate to the data processed.
